Weekend 2 days 1 night Holiday at Empire Hotel(the most expensive hotel in brunei

(5 star hotel)

is my daddy's company anual dinner & Free accomodation at Empire.

our room is at Lagoon Building. Empire having a lot of buidling, named with
different special name, like waterfall, seaview......
The room is amazing....everything fully control by a single remote control.

ok~ dont say so much, just see the following pitures...

the whole lagoon building tat nite is booked by sks wood. (rich company huh~)

about 3pm, we go surrounding empire hotel to snap some pic ^^

Seaview is new building... under construction...

1 hour later...(ouch..my leg so pain!! T_T new shose bite my leg,
faster back to room)

Ring ring!! room service!! frence fried satu~ :D~~

at nite, my sister and her fren (pei yun) meet up with us.
time to prepare~

remember yesterday the frence fried? ....$5.50, and the cashier ask..

"Swing God Festival"

2nd day of 2nd month(chinese calendar), is my kampung big fest -- the swing god festival.
( i dont know the real name of this festival)
swing god? (yes, swing the god, but dont ask me why... =_=)

early morning, already many people gather at the temple...at a small hill
there is a big stair to climb to the temple (the smoke is terrible tick...*coughing* )
people inside busying prepare the festival

.....tighten the god status at their "chair".... tightly... ~_~

around 930am, the festival started.
they lead by 3rd prince -- na zha
every god status have to hold by 2 person, 1 front, 1 behind
and they have to swing~ swing ~ swing~~~ from start to end..... (I hope the god wont vomit...)

and then, they will go around and around the village,
bringing the bless to the place they bypass

and you might see from the pic, besides 2 ppl who holding the chair,
there is still a lot of "staff" surrounding them...hmm, they are not
here for see noisy only, they got a special job....

to standby catch / stop / help those who "let the god in body" ppl
and of cuz, they are also next one who angkat the chair.... @_@ (good luck....)

me & biau "YES!! ~.~"
neighbor :" the whole street houses gas tong all been stolen"

walauleh........thief visit our house last night.
besides gas tongs, nothing lose.
consider lucky of unlucky.
( maybe he today have to cook a lot, a BIG PARTY)

1 gas tong = B$100 !!!!!
i need to buy 2 gas tong again.
mou lala have to spent money lagi.

REMEMBER!!! at Brunei, Police number is 993, dont dial 999 (we dial and wait for no one to pick up the phone.............)

aih......without gas tong....today (saturday) and probably tmr also cannot cook loh....

hmmm, so tonight.... eat Korean Food la~~ :D~~

ahha~~ This is my best best friend wedding... same hometown with me. Violet Loh Tze Tian is her name... Congratulation, tian. who is the lucky guy ?? i not sure the name, but they call him "zai zai". ok~ we have a look for the pretty bridal's photo...
