Brunei head of the country really impress me with they attitude. Not wonder the country still the same situation after 10 yrs not much change. Wonder will this time World Economy Crisis effect them as well?

nope, as far as i know, there is no impact in brunei~ why? because there is no stock exchange in brunei, ppl who buy foreign stock is very very less... life here, continue...

That’s why Brunei never get develop because the head of the country don't want the country to get effected by the world economy situation. But overall i still think the head of country should develop the country like how the UAE head country do and now the country developing like crazy but too bad this time the world economy crisis also affected them as well. Maybe the sign to told them stop build thus crazy giant building and start to cheer up with whatever project they have done at the moment.
But one thing don't forget that Brunei dollar is tier with Singapore dollar. If one days, Singapore gov want to withdrawn the tier. I'm just curious how much will Brunei dollar worthy at that time. Will it be another case like what happen to USD now? It's just like a piece of paper that's doesn't worthy so much. Btw based on 8 Oct, SGD 1 = less then AUD 0.95. That's really scary actually. However i'm just wondering how much is MYD worthy at the moment?
