整体来看呢~~~~
食物是很不错,只是,就是不开心那里的服务态度,
也不知道是不是因为刚开张的关系,
所以,那些服务人员都在状态外,
每个服务员说的东西都不一样。
这店叫什么。。。IceBar & Cafe,
我们叫了一些雪,
结果,她却跟我们说全部没有,
只是有普通的水如。。Lemon Juice,Orange.....
okloh~~就叫其他的,
但是!!!!!!!!!
(我们坐在Bar 前,所以可以看到他们调水)
但是。。。。一盘一盘的雪出现在我们面前,
刚才不是说,全部没有吗?做么别人又可以吃到的????
呼~~这样奇怪的???
再来。。。
我们的水+食物,都来的慢,
其他桌子的人比我们迟来,可是就已经开始吃了。。。
纳闷。。。
呼~~~其实是有点不爽的了。。。
但是,食物和水是真的不错啦~~

付钱的时候,也有听到其他customer有我们一样的遭遇,
但是,他们惨一点,食物没有到!
ok~~先拍本来要叫的set.....
其实还有很多set,我们一人叫一个set,
结果,她跟我们说,其他的没有,
只是有普通的和鸡肉的。。。。
天啊!!!!!不是新开张吗??
为什么什么都没有呢??
你应该在报纸上写soft opening嘛~~
这样你就有借口告诉我们说。。。这只是soft opening罢了~~
哎~~算了啦~
就原谅他们在新开张方面。
只是希望他们可以在服务方面再改进一点,
然后哦~~~竟然menu都已经print出来了,
那么,就准备那些食物来,
不然,顾客叫了那么多,你们说全部没有,
这样很没有心要吃的哦~~
这只是身为顾客的建议罢了~

顾客有什么要求, 就尽量满足他们, 不然会很惨的咯...
i think u have wait until they settle down only go for 2nd visit, might be better.. :P
我最看重的是服务,服务不好,就很难再令我去光临了。。。

The waitress, serve the table next to us, after finish, i asked her to write our order, she ran away, came back, to update the order with next table, and go, and come and go and come and go.
Come on, is that so difficult to take my order and u go in one time? or is that we are so tiny for them to observe? I wave my hand, ask the waitress to take order, but seem like every1 is busy with all other customer....and we are being ignore for so long...
and by the time they take order, they say all the menu...only first two item available (which is basic steambot meterial, and plus chicken meat) only...
for all kind of drink and ice, only last 4 available, which is ice lemon tea, orange tea, limau tea and 1 mix tea... all tea!
again, order take half way, ran away. come a another waitress, told me ALL food is NOT available, only got basic steambot meterial. GOD!! wat the hell they are doing??
if ALL food not available, y u open shop????? ok....being updated again, chicken mean have. =.=
haih........ better than nothing
fine fine, we are so hungry already. We are not like other table, keep asking and asking and asking (holding the limited number of waitress and chit chat there without notice that there are a lot of customer waiting for order).
Fine! steambot meterial came...only 1, out of 4....wait and wait and wait.. (y they cannot 1 time out semua????)
i saw ppl who late than us, already got the drinks! remind me that i just got 1 set of steambot meterial, and my drinks not yet come, and i am a bit (actually is a lot) angry and thirsty already! so i complain to the bar tender, about my water.... they....are so busy, so they took 15 minutes to prepare and....give me a mineral water with glass =_=
*faint*... i point to my order, and say i want my drinks....then they start looking at each other...seem like i have say something so difficult to understand..... so i complain to the boss (the boss is so busy also), he just drop a word for bar tender, "prepare their drink" ....
and.....another waiting session...lalalalalallaa (i almost went crazy)
another 3 set of steamboat meterial came, only i realize, first set without egg (@_@), again, i complain....
almost our food habis...drink belum datang lagi.... i keep complain.....
shishi say i look very angry that day, i admit.... i do very angry with the service....
but any where, will give credit to their food and drinks
especially drinks. is not just a normal lemon tea. :)

so, that is it... ^-^ an unforgettable dinner

They got Kimchi soup for you to steambot... this is special and the taste not bad :D
I might visit them again...in few weeks time (or maybe just next week)
I hope they can improve their services.
p.s. I am not a person who like to complain. ^^
